Just tested TS3. Quality seemed far improved from TS2 and it may be worthwhile to explore since it's got way better user features than Vent.

I wonder if we can get a deal on a server rental with TS or Vent. I've got plenty of time to help populate a server... lol. And, I am enjoying the game, so I can imagine spending more and more time online. Count me in for $20/month if we decide to rent. That's about all I can manage without a job =)

We've been using Ventrilo. Also, don't worry about us playing on that server. It was super shitty and I think all of us just sorta wanted to get banned.

I've got to say, I'm NEVER playing on the TRashED server after the way I was treated. Screw them.

I'm going to spend more time playing the SP to get used to the game so that I can do well in MP... I've seemed to have lost my edge after playing so much AIX by myself.

What commo program are you all using?

We found the TRashED server last night and played in it for a while. They are trying to have a Hardcore server but not a true hardcore. Hope to see you soon online soon Sonic.

Well, I've got installed on my desktop and laptop. It seems to run very well. I've only completed the very first part of the SP campaign but it really reminded me of COD+Crysis. I detest the cut-away scenes, but that's just part of SP play I guess. Once I complete the SP to get up to speed, I'll be ready for some MP action. =)

The SP campaign was quite fun, but beware the game is pretty vulgar. You might not want your kinds around as you play it.

I haven't even picked up BC2 yet. I will try and get it this weekend if I can find it. Or get it from steam. Wed or Thurs is good for me also. I am still around just been real busy.

Okay, I'll try to make myself available on Wed and Thu for BC2. We don't HAVE to get a server right away if we can find one or two we want to frequent. Perhaps some of the BF2142 guys we know will have one up. Then, when we all come into a little cash we can rent a box.

If I had to pick, Wednesday and Thursday are probably better days.

I'm basically in the same shoes as Gorko. I *might* have a "real" job using my degree soon, but not yet. Until then, finances are limited for me too.

As for playtime, pretty much any day of the week is ok for me - just need a bit of planning so I'm not involved in some dungeon run or something in WAR.

I certainly won't be opposed to getting a server for BC2. My only concern is I'm super broke these days so I wouldn't be able to contribute much.
